who is God(ALLAH)?
God(Allah) is the creator of the universe who yearns for us to know Him.That is why we all are here.It is His desire that we rely on and experience His strength,love,justice,comapssion and holiness.So He says to all who are willing
“COME TO ME”
Unlike us,God knows what will happen tomorrow,next week,next month,next year,the next decade.He says in holy book Quran
“He is Allah,[who is] One,Allah,the eternal refuge.He neither begets nor is born.Nor is there to him any equivalent.”
-surah e Ikhlas
He knows what will happen in the world.More importantly, He knows what will happen in your life and can be there for you, if you’ve choosen to include Him in your life, but we must make a sincere effort to seek Him with all our heart.
Allah and our free will.
God has created humanity with the ability to choose .This means that we are not forced into a relationship with Him.He told us about the path which we can follow and enter Jannah or the other way if we do not follow his path and do evil acts we will have to face Jahannum (God forbid).
He could force us to be loving .He could force us to good. But then what kind of relationship would we have with him? It would be a relationship at all, but a forced ,absolutely controlled obedience. Instead He gave us the human dignity of free will .
we are different from animals, how?because God gifted us with sense .A human can use his sense to get close to God because our wit has the ability to differ between what is right and what is wrong. So ultimately when we ponder upon this fact that there’s only Allah we come closer to Him.
Why do humans need to believe there’s only one Sovereign Authority[ALLAH].
Being muslims this is part of our faith that there’s only One Lord Allah. But the fact behind this is also very obvious .For instance, there can’t be two bosses of one company,there can’t be two owners of one house,similarly there can’t be two Lords of one universe. We all observe how peacefully and smoothly this system of the universe and time are moving. This can only be possible if it has only One Creator.
So basically there’s no doubt in it that there’s none but One Allah. There’s none worthy of worship but ALLAH.
Allah says,
“And whoever sets up partners in worship with Allah,has indeed strayed far away”
