INGREDIENTS
- Boneless Chicken 250g
- Break Slices 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Soya Sauce 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour/maida
- Bread crumbs
- Egg 1
- Oil for Frying
METHOD
Break the bread slices and pour milk over them. Mix well and kept aside. Add chicken in a food processor and make a mince. Now add soaked bread and all the spices with mince in a food processor. Mix well until everything combines well. Mixture is ready, put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour. In a flour/maida add salt and black pepper to taste and mix it. Beat the egg. Grease your hands with oil. Now take a small amount of chicken mixture and shape in oval. Coat in flour, then dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. You can also freeze at this stage.
