Cholesterol HDL is known as Good Cholesterol. HDL stands for High-Density Lipoprotein. It can transfer Fats from one part of the body to the Liver, where it is removed from the body. A high level of HDL can slow the transfer or removal of LDL from the blood. A low level of HDL can lead you toward Cardiovascular and become the reason for death.
